clean hotel helpful staff ample space convenient location
I found the hotel to be very clean upon arrival. The staff were consistently helpful and polite . My room had ample space. The location suited my travel plans as i explored nearby attractions.
The hotel parking fee seemed a little high.

The main entrance included a modern bar area. Guests could sit and have drinks in this space. The cctv monitored car park was handy in the center. the rooftop bar provided amazing views.

The reception staff offered a lovely welcome. I noticed they were always happy to help. Breakfast service was decent and readily available. The staff allowed us to use their phones to contact the airline after flight cancellations.

The room had a coffee machine. It was very useful. i found the bathroom to be spacious and well equipped. i also appreciated the easy access to wifi. the parking was convenient even though it had a separate charge.
The carpets seemed quite worn. They definitely need replacement.

The bed was comfortable enough, I guess.
The parking fee of over £15 per night reminded me of a rip-off. It wasn't mentioned clearly when I booked. The staff seemed pretty disinterested, especially at check-in. Nobody seemed to care about my arrival.

The hotel had a great exterior look in the heart of the area. The location was perfect. The reception and dining area looked great and the room was spacious and clean. The cooked breakfast was tasty, and the parking process was simple, providing access to a CCTV monitored car park.
The room needed some tlc as there were stains on the walls, a small disappointment.

The building's exterior was historic! The hotel is near shops and the castle. My king beautiful room was quite spacious. The bathroom had a large bath and a shower.
